There is a problem with my flowers

If there is any issue with your delivery, please get in touch on the phone or via email within 24 hours of your order arriving, sharing a photo of the issue and I will do what I can to rectify the problem.

Will my flowers look exactly like the ones pictured?

I always aim to provide customers with the best quality flowers which may mean I need to substitute certain flowers to meet seasonal change or quality. I will always create the design in the colourway you have selected, using the freshest flowers that day, which means they may vary a little to the image featured on the website.
